1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1 ½ scoops vanilla wellness whey protein OR 1 scoop vanilla paleo protein
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp shaved or shredded coconut
Handful of spinach (optional)
