PB&J Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 serving | Gluten-free 

Step 1

1 scoop Wellness Whey Vanilla or Paleo Protein Vanilla (dairy-free)
1/2 c. frozen mixed berries
1/2-1 scoop Berry NutriKey Key Greens & Fruits
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 c. water

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add ice as needed for preferred texture.
  3. To make dairy free, substitute Vanilla Paleo Protein for Wellness Whey Protein.
