Curried Egg Salad Recipe

Step 1

8 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. celery – diced
4 Tbsp. cold-pressed mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. curry powder
¼ c. dried currants or dried cranberries
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy as a balanced snack.
