The countdown is on until the clock strikes midnight and we're into a whole new year. As we look back on 2016 we couldn't be more proud of the hundreds of clients we've helped reach, or begin the journey towards, their health goals. Our company has grown and so has our podcast Dishing Up Nutrition, now reaching over two million listeners around the world. While we think that all our podcast topics have been timely and important, we're not above picking favorites! We went back and reviewed which podcasts have been liked, shared, listened to, downloaded or commented on the most throughout the year and are sharing our top four most popular podcasts for your listening pleasure.
