With the falling temps, more and more apples are finding their way into our kitchens and into our meals and snacks. The only thing is … what to do with that apple bounty when you’ve had your fill of applesauce, stewed apples and apple slices with almond butter on top? Of course there are a million sugar-laden recipes to choose from, which we stay away from for so many reasons (it’s the root cause of many diseases, it often causes aches and pains and increases anxiety to start).
Which brings us to our newest recipe, healthy apple dip!
When dietitian Brenna Thompson, our unofficial Nutritional Weight & Wellness recipe creator, saw the grocery store shelves laden with highly processed, sugar- and chemical-filled apple dip she got inspired to create a healthier version. Of course, we willingly taste-tested, and the final result is below for you to enjoy all apple season long.
