Recordings of the weekly live events will be postedin the course so you can revisit the content as often as you like!

Our mission at Nutritional Weight and Wellness is real health through real food nutrition in balance, which includes beneficial carbohydrates, healthy fats and animal proteins. While our approach to nutrition, and a successful sugar break up, prioritizes animal-protein, that doesn't mean this challenge can’t be completed following a plant-based food plan. However, the plant-based diet can get very complex when trying to ensure adequate protein intake, amino acid pairing, vitamin and mineral adequacies, and blood sugar balance – the latter being difficult to achieve without animal proteins. Challenge participants following plant-based nutrition will need to adjust the recommended quantities of carbohydrates (including plant-proteins) and healthy fats in the challenge to align the program to their personal nutrition goals.
You will not need to buy anything else (other than your regular trips to the grocery store) to participate in this challenge.
We understand life can get hectic. Our challenge, How to Break Up With Sugar in 28 Days, is designed to fit into your schedule. Throughout the challenge, we will support you and guide you through manageable steps towards your sugar break up. You will find it easier than you think to make positive changes.
Each week covers a new topic and includes a live Q&A event with Teresa, weekly guides, and prerecorded video lessons. Below is the approximate length of each week's collection of pre-recorded video lessons:
The live Q&A events will be recorded and links to the recordings will be shared within the online challenge community and course. You will be able to watch and revisit the content as often as you like throughout the challenge.
This program will be hosted in our online course platform. When you enroll in the challenge you create your course login. You will then be able to log in to the course and community at any time by entering your login information at courses.weightandwellness.com. Simply click into the "course" to access the challenge-related course content, or click into the "community" to connect with your fellow challenge participants, guide and challenge moderators.
Once you enroll in the challenge, you will see the challenge listed on your course dashboard. However, you will not be able to access the lessons and module guides until two days prior to challenge start. At that time, you will have access to the welcome and week 1 content. Then, you will get access to new modules and lessons on Fridays throughout the challenge.
Your challenge progress and tracker are for your eyes only. You can download the challenge tracker to your computer, tablet or mobile device to save it as a fillable pdf. Throughout the challenge, simply open the file to track your progress.
