No - you will not need to buy any items (other than your regular trips to the grocery store) to participate in the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss program.
The 12-week Nutrition 4 Weight Loss program is led by a number of amazing, certified nutrition educators. Our educators are a mix of registered dietitians, licensed nutritionists, and former clients who experienced positive, transformative change who want to help others experience the life-changing benefits of the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Foundations program.
All of our nutrition educators go through an extensive 24-month training program covering everything from nutrition concepts to strategies to support positive behavior change, to co-teaching with a mentor educator to final review by management prior to certification.

Attending via Zoom or In-Person:
If you can’t make a class, we can email you access to a pre-recorded video of that class, so you won’t miss out.

In the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Program we focus on real food nutrition, in balance, including beneficial carbohydrates, healthy fats and animal protein. We encourage you to use your one-on-one nutrition counseling appointment included with Foundations to customize the program to your unique needs, lifestyle and health goals.
You will still have access to the private Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Facebook Group after your class series has ended. This gives you the opportunity to stay connected to the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss community for support, inspiration and idea sharing.
Yes, you absolutely will learn new information. You will know or be familiar with some of the topics from listening to Dishing Up Nutrition, but the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Program is different. In this program, we share information and really focus on implementation - the action, or "how", behind the information that drives change.
Many people start with Foundations because it is one the best introductions to real food nutrition and immerses participants in the "how" of a real food nutrition lifestyle over the course of 12-weeks.
After completing the 12-week program, we offer graduates Ongoing Support & Education. This conversation-based, 8-week series allows participants to connect once a week for support, inspiration, idea sharing, and nutrition education as they continue to work towards and maintain their health goals.
