1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ c. onion, chopped
¾ c. green pepper, chopped
¾ c. red pepper, chopped
¾ c. yellow pepper, chopped
2 c. Brussels sprouts
Natural season salt
Directions
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet, then add vegetables and saute.
Cut Brussels sprouts in half and add to sauteed vegetables.
