A New Approach to Compulsive Overeating

September 20, 2014

Since the early 1950s, doctors have been telling people to eat a diet low in fat. This prompted food manufacturers to make low fat processed foods. With people following low fat diets, the thought was that everyone would lose weight and be healthier, but that’s not the case. Rates of obesity, heart disease and cancer have increased. Tune in with hosts Darlene Kvist, JoAnn Ridout and Katie Vigesaa to learn more about what triggers compulsive overeating and what you can do to stop it.
